Cancellation Policy

1 . Voluntary Cancellation

A member may cancel their membership by submitting a written request to the Membership Committee with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior notice.

2 . Automatic Cancellation

Membership shall stand cancelled in the event of :
– Non‑payment of membership fees within stipulated timelines.
– Proven violation of the Code of Conduct.
– Submission of false or misleading information at the time of admission.
– Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, all rights, privileges, and access to NAR India resources, branding, and events shall cease immediately.

3 . Survival Clause

Obligations relating to confidentiality, outstanding dues, and compliance shall survive cancellation.
