Terms & Conditions

1 . Eligibility

Membership is restricted to licensed real estate professionals who meet NAR India’s admission criteria and provide valid statutory documentation.

2 . Compliance Obligations

Members shall comply with NAR India’s Code of Conduct, applicable laws, and industry regulations. Any breach shall invite disciplinary action.

3 . Non‑transferability

Membership is personal, non‑transferable, and cannot be assigned or sublicensed to third parties.

4 . Use of Branding

Members may use NAR India’s name, logo, and branding strictly in accordance with prescribed guidelines. Unauthorized or misleading use shall invite disciplinary action.

5 . Fees & Payment

Membership fees shall be paid annually in advance. Non‑payment within thirty (30) days of due date shall result in suspension or termination.

6 . Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration in Mumbai, conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

7 . Amendments

NAR India reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions with thirty (30) days’ prior notice to members. Continued membership shall constitute acceptance of such amendments.
