1 . Scope of Data Collection

NAR India shall collect personal, professional, and financial information including but not limited to: name, contact details, RERA registration, PAN/GST numbers, payment records, and professional credentials.

2 . Purpose of Data Use

Such data shall be used exclusively for membership administration, training, certification, industry networking, and statutory compliance.

3 . Confidentiality & Security

All member data shall be stored in secure systems with restricted access. Unauthorized disclosure, duplication, or sale of member data is strictly prohibited.

4 . Consent & Acknowledgment

By applying for membership, the applicant expressly consents to the collection, processing, and retention of their data in accordance with this policy.

5 . Retention & Disposal

Data shall be retained for the duration of membership and for a period of five (5) years thereafter to comply with statutory obligations. Post‑retention, data shall be securely destroyed.

6 . Survival Clause

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination or cancellation of membership.
